What types of custom design apparel do you offer?
We offer a variety of apparels and bags for you to choose from. You may view our products here.
Can I supply my own shirts?
Yes! We can print on customer-supplied blanks. There will be a printing surcharge (depending on the size of the artwork) and an ironing surcharge. Contact us for more information.
How do I get started with customising products?
Getting started is easy! Simply browse and select from our collection of apparels, and upload high resolution artwork onto our designer tool. Select your preferred size and quantity, make payment, and leave the rest to us!
How do I care for my custom product (apparel) to ensure its longevity?
Proper care is essential to maintain the quality and longevity of your custom product. General care for custom apparel would be:
- Wash cold
- Do not bleach
- Tumble dry low
- Do not iron the printed areas
Not sure which material is better for which occasion?
Generally,
Cotton apparel are suitable for office wear, indoor event, team outing, casual uniform
Dri-fit apparel are suitable for sports events, class t-shirts, team bonding, roadshows

What file should I upload onto the designer tool?
Artwork files can be in JPEG or PNG, with a minimum of 300dpi. In the event the artwork is too pixelated for printing, our designers will make minor edits at a surcharge starting from $10. Do allow 1-2 working days for the edits to be done.
What if I do not have a design?
You can consider using free online designing tools or free for commercial use images.

Is there a minimum order requirement for custom products?
No, we believe that everyone should have access to personalised fashion. There is no minimum order requirement, allowing you to create one-of-a-kind product design exclusively for you.
How long does it take to receive my order after payment?
The production time for custom products varies depending on the complexity of the design and the quantity ordered. Typically, it takes around 2 working days for less than 5 pieces order while 3-7 working days for less than 20 pieces order.
For large quantity orders (more than 20 pieces), do allow 7-15 working days. We always strive to deliver your apparel as promptly as possible without compromising on quality.

Is there a rush order option if I need my order urgently?
Yes, we can provide that service with a rush order surcharge. Once payment is made, drop us an email for the rush order option and we will let you know what to do next.
Note: Allow at least 1 working day for rush order (for less than 5 pieces order), and a longer period for large quantities order.
Can I reorder a previously customised design?
As we do not keep a copy of client’s artwork, do send us the design when you place order with us.

Can I cancel my order after payment?
We prioritise efficiency and accuracy in processing customers orders, hence, we have established a policy that does not allow cancellation after payment is made. We understand unforeseen circumstances can arise, thus, our customer support team is readily available to assist with any queries you may have.

As custom products are uniquely designed for each individual, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error from our end. However, your satisfaction is our priority, and we will work diligently to address any concerns you may have.
